Construction Zone / Workers Present ticket?

Highway 6 is under construction and will be through 2030!

If any worker is present at any point in a construction zone, your ticket will double and the Court will not be allowed to grant defensive driving or deferred adjudication to keep it off your driving record. The only way to beat it is to fight it and show that they cannot prove it. We have fought these tickets now for over 20 years and, if it can be reduced or dismissed, we will find a way to keep it off your record.

Is DPS Preventing you from renewing your License?

There are probably old tickets you may have forgotten.  DPS will prevent you from renewing your license if you haven't dealt with them - called "Failure to Appear." Check if you have any here.
